My name is Omar Kukash. Hair has been my passion of more than 12 years, and helping clients achieve their hair goals is the backbone of my craft.


I created Solace Salon to give my clients the space to not only escape from the stresses of every day life, but to transform & walk away feeling ready to face them head on.

Cancellation Policy

I respectfully ask that clients provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. For appointments booked within 24 hours, 4 hours notice is required cancel or make changes. A credit card is required to hold an appointment.


Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service amount. No-shows (15+ minutes late) will be charged 100% of the service amount. Solace Salon reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments at its discretion, for any reason.


Circumstances such as sudden onset illness or emergencies may grant exemption, but are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

I'm so excited to meet you! Here's what you need to know:

  • Know exactly what service(s) you want? Please join my waitlist and select your desired service(s). Want to talk about it, or looking to book a color service? Schedule a consultation.
  • I exclusively use Redken hair color products; Natural colors and tones only.
  • No walk-ins, appointment only.
  • No standalone haircuts.
  • Please review my cancellation policy.
  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • If you want to avoid credit card fees upon payment, please bring cash or check.


No walk-ins, appointment only. Join my waitlist, and I will reach out when an appointment slot opens up.


All appointments are managed through my booking website, GlossGenius. Click here to join my waitlist in a new tab, and we'll walk through it together:

  1. Tap the "Book Now" button.
  2. Under "Choose Professional," select "Omar Kukash" and tap "Next."
  3. Select the service(s) you would like to book. When finished, tap the "Book Service" button.
  4. On the Date & Location page, select "Join Waitlist."
  5. On the Location page, select "Next."
  6. On the "Join the Waitlist" page, enter in your contact information, preferred appointment dates/times and other notes. I will do my best to accommodate you.
  7. Tap the "Join Waitlist" button.

Once you book:

  • You should see a confirmation message on your screen.
  • You will receive a confirmation text and email.
  • I will reach out in the near future to learn more about you and arrange your appointment.


If you're a new client and want to book any color service, start off with a consultation. It's important to set expectations around what we'll need to do to achieve your hair goals.


All appointments should ONLY be booked under the name of the client receiving the service(s). Do not book an appointment under someone else's name.


Clients are advised to leave children at home whenever possible to maximize workspace and maintain a peaceful environment. Clients whose children create disruptions for staff and/or other guests will be asked to reschedule and incur a 50% charge for the service amount.


Each service varies in the amount of time and product needed to achieve best results, so please try to be intentional in selecting the correct service(s) from the get-go.


Keep in mind: If you decide to change your service within 24 hours of your appointment, contact me and I will try to accommodate, but cannot make any guarantees.


If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact me as soon as possible and I will provide you with a list of future dates/times to select from.


Keep in mind: If rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment (or within 4 hours if scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment), you will incur a 50% charge for the service amount.


If you need to cancel your appointment, visit the link in the confirmation text/email you received after booking. Try to avoid canceling, as I am typically booked 1-2 months out and it may be hard to find another slot.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Cancel Appointment."*
  2. Select "Yes" to continue.
  3. Select "No" when prompted to reschedule, and you're all set.

In the interest of my own health and yours, guests should contact me as soon as possible before their appointment to reschedule. Clients who are deemed a health risk to staff and/or other guests will be asked to reschedule onsite.


I accept credit, debit, checks or cash payment. Cash also is recommended if you'd like to avoid credit card fees and for tips (which are sincerely appreciated!)
