I created Solace Salon to give my clients the space to not only escape from the stresses of every day life, but to transform & walk away feeling ready to face them head on.
I respectfully ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointment. A credit card is required to hold an appointment.
Clients whose appointments are canceled within 24 hours or are deemed a “No-Show” (more than 15 minutes late) will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
If originally scheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time, only 4 hours are required to cancel or make modifications to avoid a 50% charge for the service amount.

In general, if you're a new client and want to book any color/dimensional color service, you should start off with a consultation. It's important to set expectations around exactly what we'll need to do to achieve your hair goals.

All appointments should be ONLY be booked under the name of the client receiving the service(s). Do not book an appointment under someone else's name.
It's common for guests to book some services together, such as hair color and waxing. If you'd like to book multiple services during the same appointment, just include them all as you're scheduling.
Each service varies in the amount of time and products needed to achieve best results, so please try to be intentional in selecting the correct service(s) from the get-go.
If you decide to change your service within 24 hours of your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate if I don't have the right products and/or there isn't enough time allotted.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, the first place to start is going to the link in the confirmation text and/or email you received after booking.
*Note that if you are rescheduling within 24 hours (or within 4 hours if scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time), you will incur a 50% charge for the service amount.

In the interest of my own health and yours, I respectfully ask that all guests who do not feel well on the day of their appointment reach out as soon as possible so we can reschedule to another day.
I accept credit, debit or cash payment. No checks, please! Cash also is recommended if you'd like to avoid credit card fees and for tips.
